Alignment of expectations
Before we begin a collaboration, we will always ensure a thorough needs assessment and alignment of expectations, which we believe is the cornerstone of a good collaboration. Agreements and routines are written down and serve as our checklist for the daily collaboration.
System setup and integration
Advitime takes care of setting up both the customer portal and E-conomic to match you as a business and what you need help with. At the same time, the necessary integrations are made so that it is easy and GDPR-safe for you to communicate with us. Advitime always provides thorough instruction in the systems that may be new for you to work with.
Transfer of data and ID verification
Advitime is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act, which means that you as a new customer must document information about you personally and your company. Advitime will guide you through a digital process to ensure that all necessary data is transferred and that the ID verification is done easily and securely in compliance with GDPR legislation.
Start-up and initiation
