The purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data

We process your personal data for the provision of our services, including:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Production of financial statements and annual reports
  • Tax calculations and tax declaration
  • Business restructurings
  • Payroll
  • Counselling on business economics, Tax and VAT, and company structures

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from:

  • Determination of interests of where your personal data is necessary for the provision of our services
  • Consent, where the personal data is not necessary
  • The Danish Bookkeeping Act and the Danish Sale of Goods Act, where the personal data is used to complete a purchase on the website
  • Specific agreements between you and us

Legitimate interests pursued with the processing

As mentioned above, our processing of your personal data is partly based on the balancing of interests rule in Article 6 (no.1, f.) of the General Data Protection Regulation,

  • To assist the customer with bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax calculations, company restructurings, payroll, etc.
  • To assist the customer with integration to the customer’s services with the customer itself or with other suppliers
  • Marketing of our services and products according to relevant coverage of needs

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

Data about your use of the website, which adverts you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
